when i read it, i recalled some of my own struggles, just wanna add something i learned - the effort of making up excuses is HARD! people are not aware how much energy they spend on making up excuses to not do things - the energy which could have been used to just do it! LFG!!!
I couldn't agree more, my good man. Spent A LOT of time making up excuses during my downward spiral (I'm working too much; I'm too stressed out; I'm too _____). But once I turned it around and started generating momentum...LOOK OUT!!!
So authentic, Phunky - thanks for this! Our stories may differ, from one person to the next, but reminders are good that real progress happens one detail, one step at a time. One crank of the pedals at a time. We keep going.
